- Canned Chickpeas (You can use homemade boiled chickpeas if you want)
- Garlic – 2 Cloves (Big)
- Salt – ½ Tsp
- Tahini – 5 Tbsp
- Olive Oil – 2 Tbsp
- Lemon Juice
- Sumac Seeds – Grinded
- Cumin Powder

Step by Step Guideline
- If you’re using canned chickpeas, first drain the water. Make sure the skin of the chickpeas are off. For that, you can add water in a bowl, add the chickpeas and rub them with your hand for 1-2 minutes and the skins will be off.
- Take the chickpeas in a blender, garlic cloves, salt, tahini, olive oil and lemon juice in the blender.
- To get smooth mixture, blend everything for 7-8 minutes and add ice pieces every minute to keep the mixture cool.
- After that, taste the hummus and make sure everything is ok. If not, add the ingredient you need to add and blend it again.
- Now extract the Hummus in a bowl, spread some sumac seed powder and cumin powder on the mixture, add some olive oil. That’s it. Enjoy!
