- Dry Cornflower – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 4 tbsp
- Green Pepper – 5-10 Pieces (Cut Lengthwise, Keep the seeds)
- Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
- Coarse Dry Red Chillies – 2-3 Pieces
- Oyster Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Black paper – ¼ Teaspoon (Powdered)
Step by Step Guideline
- Wash the chicken well and cut it in julienne shape.
- Add some salt, dry cornflower and 2 tbsp oil in the chicken and mix it well. After mixing, let it seat for 30 minutes.
- Then, deep fry the chicken meat. Fry them for a long timeuntil the meat has a crispy texture and brown color on the outside. This crispy shredded chicken texture is important.
- In a different pan, add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped garlic and fry it. When the garlic starts to get friend, add the green pepper with the seeds. Keep frying it until the pepper starts to get cooked.
- When you’re frying the pepper, add 2-3 coarse dry red chillies and the fried chicken in the mixture.
- Add 2 tbsp oyster sauce and mix it well with the whole mixture. Add a bit more salt if the salt isn’t enough.
- That’s it. Now extract it in a plate and serve it with rice or whatever you want.
