- Air Potatoes – 5 Pieces (Big)
- Red Chili – 5-10 Pieces
- Garlic Cloves – 5-10 Pieces
- Ginger – 1 Piece (Small)
- Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seed – 1 tbsp
- Onion – 1 Piece (Big and Finely Chopped)
- Turmeric Powder – ½ tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp

Step by Step Guideline
- Firstly, wash the air potatoes well and boil them in a pressure cooker with 2 glass of water. When they’re cooked well, take them out and peel them.
- After that, cut the potatoes in small pieces and keep them aside.
- Put red chili, garlic cloves and ginger in a blender and blend them to make a paste. You can manually make a paste if you want.
- Add 2 tbsp oil in a cooking pan. Then add the cumin seed and onion slices in the oil and mix them well.
- After that, add the chili paste in the onion and fry it as well.
- When the onion turns brown, add turmeric powder, salt in it and mix it well.
- After they’ve been mixed well, add the potato pieces in the mixture and mix it well. When it has been mixed well, cover the pan and let it rest for a while.
- When it has been cooked, turn off the heat and serve it.
